Hello,
a bit about me:
I am a native Mandarin Chinese speaker from Mainland China, who lives in Montreal. I offer face-to-face Chinese classes in Montreal and online classes on Skype/Google Hangout etc.
With 7 years of teaching experience, I am systematic in designing classes yet flexible in adjusting my teaching methods to accommodate the needs of my students. I understand the common difficulties in learning a foreign language and I believe that joy and patience are keys to success. Therefore, I am very patient and encourage my students to enjoy every small improvement they have made. I understand the common difficulties in learning a foreign language. This understanding comes from two sources:
1) My training in Linguistics and Anthropology at McGill University, Canada;
2) My personal passion for learning languages. Besides Mandarin Chinese, I speak English (fluent), French (high-intermediate) and Spanish (intermediate). I recently started to learn Korean.
